Okay, well, it’s all very nice to have a computer and all. In fact on my desk here, I have a computer, printer/scanner/fax, modem, wireless router, speakers, webcam, microphone, hi-fi, cassette recorder, USB extension, and desk light. Mission control, pretty much. It look pretty flash, I have to admit. The downside is that behind the desk there is all this.

Not ideal, but it's handy that there are different-coloured wires so that you can tell them apart. There are velcro clips that you can use to organise wires, I'm sure that you can find some in a utility or computing store.

I'm looking at your picture of your desk and chuckling right now. The back of my intertaining center looks just like that,but the back of my computer isn't to bad yet. I left a space in back of both of them so I could clean. For a man you are immaculate. I can't believe I don't see any dust.;)

Zip ties. That's what we use. Well, Rott does anyway. When I built my current puter in Sept he wasn't here, so I have a slightly jumbled mess. I have a powerstrip on each side of the desk so that helps keep it fairly tidy tho. Now, behind the entertainment unit? UGH. BIG mess.
